👥 Team Size

8 players per apartment team (no limit on teams per apartment).

➕ 2 backup players (in case of dropout or injury).

Composition: (7-8 Male , 1–2 Female )

💰 Entry Fee

₹6,000 per team (includes lunch for all players).

Rules & Guidelines

All players must be residents of the same apartment. Proof of residence for the entire team must be submitted at the registration desk.
Each team must appoint a Captain as the single point of contact with organisers.
Teams will be divided into pools via draw of lots, conducted in the presence of all team captains before the tournament begins.
Top 2 teams from each pool will qualify for the Quarterfinals/Semifinals (depending on no. of teams).
Captains must submit the list of 8 active players and match sequence before each match. Once submitted, no changes will be allowed.
From the squad of 10 players, captains can rotate players for subsequent matches in the group stage, but changes are not allowed once a match line-up has been published.
League Stage: Round-robin format.
Scoring System:
- League Matches – Single set of 21 points.
- Knockouts – Best of 3 sets (21 points each).
- Win = 2 Points | Loss = 0 Points.
Only one male player is permitted to participate in both matches (Singles, Mixed Doubles, or Doubles). No other player repetitions are allowed.
The Umpire’s decision is final – disputes or arguments may lead to disqualification.
In case of injury, if the player cannot continue, the match will be treated as a walkover.

🎯 Age Criteria

Players above 14 years = Adults.
Adults (M/F): Up to 55 years.
State or National-level players are not eligible.

📌 General Instructions

Teams must report at least 15 minutes before match time; late arrivals = walkover.
Refreshments & lunch will be provided.
Proof of residence will be verified (Occupancy Certificate, MyGate/NoBroker app, etc.) at the registration desk before matches.
Proof-based objections against non-resident players will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

The Host/Co-Host reserves the right to disqualify any team or player for unsportsmanlike conduct, violation of rules, or behavior that goes against the spirit of the game.
